I miss....

Its been more than a month that I came to XLRI... the 1st month passed without much of a problem with loads of assignments to complete and utilizing time to settle down at the new place, making new friends, exploring around JSR....

But now, as I settled here a little, I started remembering small things and I realised
that those small things meant so much in my life... Suddenly today there is an urge to go back home, even if for a day...



I miss....
mother's lap...
father's advice...
dadi's khana...
dada's principles...
fights with Akshay...
roaming with friends...
never ending phone calls...
'bakar' with friends...
kamla nagar ka chinese...
model town ka McD...
DU ka crowd...
CP ki sadken...
college ki masti...
ring road pe drive...
Metro ki bheed...
Dilli ka pyaar...!

Life at XLRI....

Hello everybody....

So, I finally made it to a good B-School.... I would attribute most of the credit of my success to my luck rather than my hardwork( which my close ones would know how much/little I had done)....
So whatever be it, I made it to XLRI, Jamshedpur, a premier B-school of India.
After reaching here, I realised I really would have to work hard to match the level of people that are a part of the batch and not to forget to meet the expectations of not only my family and friends, but also the thousands of alumni and people to look up to 'XLers'. This gives an extra bit of pressure to perform and perform well!! I also realised how tough and hectic the life of a business student, especially that of an XLer is....

Enough of this for the moment....
Now that I am here, I will try and write about this prestigious institute and my experiences at this 'Experience' itself!
Hope I can do justice to the reputation of XLRI!
